Refund & Cancellation Policy

We offer a 3-day free trial for new users. Please review our refund policy carefully before subscribing.
1. Free Trial Period
New users are eligible for a 3-day free trial when they first subscribe to CashClaim. During this period:
- You have full access to all premium features
- You can cancel anytime without being charged
- Your subscription will automatically begin after the trial ends unless canceled
- You must cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends to avoid charges
2. Subscription Plans
CashClaim offers the following subscription plans:
Weekly Plan: $5.99 per week
Annual Plan: $59.99 per year (best value)
All subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
3. Refund Policy
App Store (iOS) Purchases
For subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store:
- Refunds are handled by Apple according to their policies
- You must request refunds directly from Apple
- Visit Apple's Report a Problem page or contact Apple Support
- CashClaim cannot process refunds for App Store purchases
Google Play (Android) Purchases
For subscriptions purchased through Google Play:
- Refunds are subject to Google's refund policies
- Request refunds through Google Play within their specified timeframe
- Visit Google Play Help or contact Google Support
- CashClaim cannot process refunds for Google Play purchases
Direct Purchases
For subscriptions purchased directly through CashClaim (if applicable):
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase
- No refunds for partial subscription periods
- Refunds may be granted at our sole discretion for technical issues
- Contact support@cashclaim.app with your refund request
4. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time:
How to Cancel
- iOS: Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → CashClaim → Cancel
- Android: Google Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions → CashClaim → Cancel
- In-App: Profile → Subscription → Manage Subscription
Important Notes
- Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid charges
- You'll retain access until the end of your current billing period
- Cancellation does not trigger automatic refunds
- You can resubscribe at any time
5. Exceptions to Refund Policy
We generally DO NOT provide refunds for:
- Change of mind after the refund period
- Failure to cancel before renewal
- Non-use of the service
- Dissatisfaction with settlement amounts or claim outcomes
- Inability to qualify for specific settlements
- Subscriptions used for any period of time
6. Special Circumstances
We may consider refunds in the following exceptional circumstances:
- Extended service outages (more than 7 consecutive days)
- Duplicate charges due to technical errors
- Documented medical emergencies preventing cancellation
- Death of the account holder (with appropriate documentation)
Such refunds are granted at our sole discretion and require supporting documentation.
7. Price Changes
CashClaim reserves the right to change subscription prices. If we increase prices:
- We'll notify you at least 30 days in advance
- The new price will apply at your next renewal
- You can cancel before the increase takes effect
- Continuing your subscription constitutes acceptance of new pricing
8. Promotional Offers
From time to time, we may offer promotional pricing or extended free trials:
- Promotional offers are subject to specific terms
- Offers cannot be combined unless specified
- Previous subscribers may not be eligible for new user promotions
- We reserve the right to revoke promotional access for abuse
9. Account Termination
If we terminate your account for violation of our Terms of Service:
- No refunds will be provided
- You forfeit any remaining subscription time
- You may be prohibited from creating new accounts
10. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with us:
- Your account may be immediately suspended
- We may dispute the chargeback
- You may be liable for chargeback fees and costs
- Future subscriptions may be prohibited
